Until this mess is sorted out in the Washington State Supreme Court all private sales must be handled through a local FFL beginning Thursday DECEMBER 4, 2014. ** YOU MUST INCLUDE IN YOUR POST THAT THE TRANSFER OF THE WEAPON WILL HAPPEN AT AN FFL** NO EXCEPTIONS!! If you attempt to go around I-594 and continue to conduct sales in this group without going though the transfer process on this page you will be permanently banned from this group without notice. Your name will then be forwarded to the firearm admin groups network we have created here in the northwest which in essence will blacklist you from all sites we have aligned ourselves with. We do not agree with I-594 but in order to keep this page up and running we have to abide by it.
