We all know it's difficult to have time for ourselves when we have little kids, husbands and family to take care of , so I suggest that this group meets once a month (last Saturday or Sunday of the month) just for relaxation activities! I will lead you during the activities, but we'll always invite some of the moms to lead the group alternating the type of activities we'll have! I'm sure we'll have a lot of fun for one or two hours! Please, join us! It's a "me time" to have fun, relax and make friends.
This online space will be a site to register our moments together and feel free to post funny videos, jokes, relaxation techniques, suggestions of hobbies. And you can post questions for other moms asking for support about stressful routine and many other things that is related to body-mind well being!
