9.30am — 7pm (this is being done as 3/4 hour shifts but we need as much help as possible)

Setup for anything that can't be permanent (i.e. Booklets, drinks, posters, showreel, Dave's installation)
3pm — 6pm Setup on day.
PRIVATE VIEW RUNS
6.30PM — 10.30PM (then load the van with anything that needs to go back to Rave)
