Items with no price tag is designed to encourage giving and helping others who are looking for items in the close surroundings of Limoges, Russell, Embrun, casselman, Bourget etc ONLY. Making it easy for Pick up! Below are a few simple rules that must be followed.
1. All items must be given, not sold.
2. Please add a pick up Location and delete post once the item has been picked up.
3. When showing interest in an item, simply write: 'Interested"...PLEASE AND THANK YOU's are always appreciated. . Remember that every time you comment, the group members get a notification each time. Please allow time for the "Giver" to comment for example:"pm sent" or " pm me for pick up" to the one who gets the item.... DO not message the Giver with your story, guilt trip or beg them for the item. These occurrences are being noted.
4. First come first serve issue: The person who owns the item does have the right to choose whom it goes to. There is to be respect for whatever decision is made by the owner of the item given away. Also remember that not all correspondence will be visible, as some people prefer to use private messaging. Admins only have control on what is seen on group wall. Please do not send private message to admins/other members whining that you were first etc. and didn't get an item. These msg will not be responded to.
5. NO drama will be tolerated. Disrespectful, rude or complaining posts/behaviours will be deleted. Should there be reoccurring incidents, or pushy comments, we hold the right to remove the member from group without noticed. We do not have the time to referee.
6. If you have been "given" many things, let some other people have a turn at being gifted with things.
8. Please post a Give and not just always a Take. This board works best if all people do both sides.
9. Remember that you post and give your personal information at your own risk. Please be careful, as all responsibility rests with you, not the group or the administrator or moderator.
