So, as some of you know, I have been trying to motivate myself to change my lifestyle for health reasons. I need some motivation to get to the gym, and meeting friends definitely helps motivate me. I figured I would start this group for anyone interested in making plans to go to the gym to work out with friends and hang out. My hope is this group will make it easier to coordinate and that for those who are interested, we can mutually support each other in making the effort to move our butts.
