This group is intended for residents of Hamilton County, but others are welcome, however, buying and selling should occur within Ham. Co boundaries unless otherwise agreed upon by all involved parties. Please do not add people that you do not personally know. Potential members who do not have an obvious connection to the group will not be added.
* The first person to comment interested or ask a question has first right of refusal. Do not offer to pay more or pick up sooner than others. Tagging someone does not hold their place in line. If a seller does not hear back from an interested buyer within 24 hours, they can move on to the next person.
* Please wait at least 24 hours before bumping your items. Consider lowering your asking price if your items are not selling.
* Do not post multiple items (photos) in one post. Create separate posts for each item you are selling or add additional items to the comments.
* All listings should describe the condition of the item you are selling, the size, asking price and your location. Additional details such as pet friendly, smoke free home, etc. are appreciated as well.
* Once your item has been sold and picked up or delivered please delete your post. If you are having issues deleting tag an admin for assistance. Buyers feel free to comment "sold" or "picked-up" as well. Any help keeping this marketplace current is appreciated.
* Admins reserve the right to delete listings/photos that have been posted in the group that are over 30 days old with no activity from either buyers or sellers without notifying the seller.
