ANY member is allowed to run transactions in any way they please. They can charge RR cash, real money, or iTunes cards as payment. Any scamming at all is 0 tolerance and you will be booted. Please present evidence of scam to admin via screenshots. After a deal is complete, post feedback on the sale and how it went. Those with feedback will have the upperhand in deals.
Being disrespectful an any way is not excepted at all
1. Do not hijack. If you wish to sell a car, make your own post. This includes cluttering a post with an uninvited opinion of value.
2. New members must send first. No exceptions.
3. Whoever has the most vouchers can choose to send first or not as long as they aren't a new member ( U can only use live vouches no screen shot pics of vouches)
4. Do not accuse someone of scamming without hard evidence
5. There is no backing out of deals upon mutual acceptance.
BUYING/SELLING RULES
Auction:
1. An auction must have an ending time
2. The seller can choose to have a "buy it now" price, not mandatory.
3. The buy it now price can be disclosed or non disclosed
4. Any bid made is set in stone and cannot be withdrawn.
5. Every bid must be public, a PM bid is null and void
6. To eliminate confusion, an auction cannot be posted in multiple groups.
7. Any bid submitted at the time the auction ends in late and doesn't count.
Example: auction ends at 1:00, a bid at 1:00 is late.
8. Mystery Auctions/raffles are NOT allowed. Mystery listings are ONLY permitted if the car is given away for free
Offer:
1. An offer listing doesn't require an ending time.
2. Any offer is NOT set is stone and can be withdrawn.
3. If the buyer and seller have mutual acceptance, neither can back out.
4. Offers are allowed to be PM'd and don't need to be public. The SALE should be updated for the group to see.
5. You may post an offer listing on multiple groups.
7. iTunes/PayPal listings are assumed to be offer posts unless stated otherwise.
For sale:
1. Anyone can list their car for a simply for a price.
2. People may offer for the car below the asking price in the form of an offer.
3. If someone replies "I'll buy it" the car is sold to them
4. A seller cannot change their mind and not sell for the asking price provided
5. PM's are allowed for offers, I'll buy it comments must be public. All sales info should be publicallyavailable to the group and able to be confirmed.
