BIG OAK TACK (also known as TWISTED WILLOW TACK, SADDLE CREEK TACK, and now COUNTY LINE TACK ) which is a business located out of Tennessee(currently has moved to AL); has been taking orders and promising products as long as you pay right away ..
It seems though in the last year the business has gone from bad to worse and numerous people are sending their hard earned money and NOT RECEIVING ANY PRODUCTS THAT ARE PROMISED OR EVEN REPLACEMENTS ON STUFF THAT WAS POORLY MADE ; AND SHABBLY PUT TOGETHER.
WE the group members wish to warn people about BIG OAK TACK ( and other know alias) AND THEIR SHADY WAYS ; WE ALL HATE SEEING FRIENDS ; NEIGHBORS OR EVEN LOVED ONES being taken advantage of!! A lot of us have now been blocked from the BOT page .
BOT delete any negative comments off their page and block you if you have questions or concerns...
In our searching several of us have discovered others who have paid for and never received their products that they paid for .
A lady I know has been waiting since JUNE!!!
IF you are one of these misfortunate people who have been taken advantage of ; please feel free to scan and post any of your comments or actions you have had with BOT.
As you scan through BIG OAK TACK's pages of comments you will see multiple people with the same problems....
In doing my research i was able to get multiple screen shots of different people with the same issues on theirs page its disgusting they get away with this.
Paypal is unable to do anything if your claim over 45 days of purchase , and 90% of us its been well over 45 days of not receiving our stuff we ordered or hearing back from them about our orders so...we are SOL...
I have still filed a complaint with Paypal as well as others have....so i can hope they stop letting her use paypal and scamming people.
They are very fast at taking your hard earned money but when you want a update on your tack as to whether done, shipped or even started yet.... they never respond!....Share this so your friends don't get taken advantage of and don't buy from BIG OAK TACK !!!
