A warm and friendly welcome awaits everyone - the group is for men, women and children* who want to lose weight in a supportive, non-judgemental atmosphere. Tea and coffee available, raffle, and a lovely basket of healthy goodies for the Slimmer of the Week each week.
This fb group is a closed group for members only so that you can be assured you can post anything in a safe environment where you won't be judged and you'll be supported by people who understand. For that reason, members who stop coming to group will be removed from the facebook group after 4 weeks.
Can't get a babysitter? No problem, bring the kids with you! Some books and toys will be available during school holidays.
