We have decided to allow the seller choose how they would like to sell their item.. First come First serve can mean different things when it will go in our favor... Is it the first person that can meet the sell? (first come) or is it the first person to show interest in an item that is for sale? (first perspective buyer)
If you ask how big an item is and someone else writes they want it.. Who was first?! Just because someone wants to know the size, doesn't mean they want to purchase an item.. or is this potential buyer now showing interest in the item...
Again. this is for YOU the seller to decide!!
We run a very laid back group! We don't call people out of the page if they go outside our guidelines, we simply private message them to handle the situation.
We have noticed this is the best way to keep the drama out of our group.
We ask the same of our members...

We ask that you read and follow these guidelines to help the group run smoothly:
1. Post as much as you want! no limit
2. Do not comment on items that are for sale unless you are interested in purchasing the item from the seller.
3. Do not advertise your items for sale on another person's post. This is not fair and we ask that you create your own post.
4. If you commit to buy/sell an item and change your mind, PLEASE let the buyer/seller know. That is common courtesy.
5. If you are reported as a No show/Bad experience 2 times, you will be banned.
6. No one under the age of 18 will be allowed for legal/safety reasons. If the Admins find out, you will be banned until you are 18 years of age. If you lie about your age and the Admins find out, you will be banned.
7. PLEASE delete your item(s) after they sell. If you are using a cell and cannot delete item, type delete in the comment section, and an admin will delete it for you.
8. Please list where your item is located. We know that we have people that live outside of Bluffton/Hilton Head/Beaufort and can't deliver items sometimes.
9. Please conduct yourself as an ADULT. If you have a problem with a seller/buyer, contact them via inbox. DO NOT create drama on the board.
10. We no longer allow "at home business" advertisements. This includes Avon, Mary Kay, Plexus, itWorks etc...if you have a business not listed on here please contact about posting. Thanks! Real estate is ok.
