Hey Team!
I have created this group for all staff at Boathouse Oshawa! This is a closed group and is only for currently employed staff of the store. Some of the other stores in our District have started a group for their store and have found it to be a great tool.
The following is a list of what this group can be used for:
-Personal sales goals:
If you are having trouble meeting your sales goals, this is a great place to brainstorm ideas with fellow staff members on whats working for them! Lets share our successes!
-Closing totals:
If you didn't close and want to know how the store did, closing management will post these stats to keep the team informed!
-Scheduling:
Pictures of the schedule will be posted by management weekly to biweekly. This will be great for staff who cannot make it in to check!
-Shift changes:
If you need to switch a shift you can ask if anyone wants a shift on this page! Please note this still needs to be approved my a manager. If we do not respond online you must call the store to get it approved!
-Products and Promotions:
Haven't worked a shift in a while? No worries! We will keep you updated with current promotions and new products!
-Visual:
Visual merchandisers can now post pictures of newly merchandised areas around the store! They can also post tips and pointers to help you all out! Example: Remember to READ & SIGN the Visual Profile every week!!! ;)
-Recognition:
A job well done deserves a shout out! We want to give you the credit you deserve for your hard work! Top sales performers will get posted weekly here!
-Tips and Standards:
Everyone could use a refresher every now and then. It will be in regards to customer service, S.T.A.R.S, and visual. You will see management and merchandisers post frequently!
-Staff's ideas!
Management encourages all staff to post any ideas and suggestions that you may have! We love to hear everyones ideas and input. Just post it in the news feed.
As previously stated, this page has the potential to be a great tool for all the staff. The amount of potential being fulfilled relies solely on your participation. This group is created with the intention of encouraging all staff to become more involved in the stores operations and successes!
