Most resources available in the UK I have found are in Mandarin.There are millions of Cantonese speakers in the world still. And as a Cantonese speaker I want my children to learn Cantonese.
I know there is a good network of Chinese schools already but it is widely agreed pre-school is child's prime language learning time. As a British born Chinese, Cantonese is my second language and so it is not as natural for me to to teach as my parents taught me just by talking in Cantonese. I thought it would help if we could get a little community together. To share ideas, games and resources. Ideally to meet up and speak Cantonese too.
