This is a breastfeeding support group. What does that mean? It means that we support ALL breastfeeding mothers, whether you are:
-Exclusively breastfeeding
-Pumping and breastfeeding
-Exclusively pumping
-Exclusively using donor milk
-Supplementing with donor milk
-Supplementing with formula
We believe that BREAST IS BEST. We are here for support, knowledge and encouragement and to help you have a successful nursing relationship.
We acknowledge that the World Health Organization recommends these ways of feeding your infant, in order of recommendation:
-Milk directly from the mother's breast
-Expressed milk from the mother's breast
-Donor milk/wet nurse
-Formula
