Ok, here are some notes and rules:
1. This is a site for the location of Holt, MI, also known as Delhi Chartered Township.
2. Please only post things you want to buy or sell in Holt! If selling an item or items located outside of Holt-Delhi area, you must be willing to deliver the item and it MUST BE STATED in the post.
3. Items should be in condition to sell with the price and the area of Holt you live in.

5. Do not repost old items. Find the original post and place "bump" in the comment. Excessive bumps (more than 2 or so a month) will be first dealt a verbal warning. Repeated excessive bumping after verbal "PM" warning will consitute banning from the site.
6. Delete your item once its sold. If a garage sale announcement, please delete post once garage sale is over.
7. No selling of anything illegal. The site owner & admins have the right to immediately delete any post regarding illegal items or activities, or those thought to be. Multiple tries to post after being notified by PM will constitute banning from joining the site.
8. Please be courteous and respond to the first person who shows interest in your item and not the first one who says they want it. A person may want more details about your item before they agree to purchase. If the first person does not respond to you in a timely manner once you've answered their questions, then feel free to move on.
*Members, make a comment of interest on an item first, then send an inbox message to the seller so the seller can be sure who posted interest first and for clarity to other members that someone has commented interest ahead of them.*
9. The administration reserves the right to add to these "Rules & Regulations" as needed and to remove posts that are not in compliance.
