A group where parents, teachers and the community can get together and motivate each other in group fitness!
Classes, for now, will be held on Tuesday's at 7pm (with exception to the 3rd tues which will be at 5:30) and Thursday's at 5:30pm in the Jonesburg Elementary School gym. Please bring a yoga mat or a towel to use for floor exercises and hand weights. If you don't have any can use water bottles or can goods.
Please keep in mind that we are not professionals and this group is intended just to help keep each other motivated through group circuits or other means of exercise. This group will be FREE and sponsored by the JBE PTO. Donations always appreciated but not required!
