WHAT IS THIS PAGE ABOUT? This is a friendly group for anyone starting the Jamie Eason LiveFit Training Program during the holidays (or really anytime!)! The original LiveFit group was full of fantastic information but could be overwhelming - I think it may have even shut down due to issues with SPAM...which is why we're asking that you send a personal note to an ADMIN to request membership - then we know you're a real person, with an active interest in our program.
