Hey! Everyone! This Just Kpop Fans, a place for K-pop fans to gather and discussion music, fashion, idols, scandals, hotness, and all general things Korean. And sometimes, not so Korean :P
How to handle a situation:
If there is a situation that involves a problematic member or a upsetting/offensive post, contact and tag the admins. Do not continue to argue, do not shade, do not hate. If members cannot give constructive criticism or participate civil debates, they will be removed. There will not be the previous bullshit. Respect each member
[Admin responsibilities:
1. Post regularly, like a few times a week. It can be pics, videos, news, discussions, whatever. Stick to mostly K-Pop.
2. Monitor for unruly members and mediate. Remove members if needed. Don't be harsh, but be firm. Remove problematic posts.
3. Ask Nicole before they make any major changes like adding an admin or removing/blocking a member, but you can invite whoever or share the group wherever.
4. Respect the decisions and opinions of the other admins.]
