The Kitui County Professionals mission captures the essence of why the County exists with regard to the sustainable utilization of natural resources and what the stakeholders are committing to undertake in order to achieve the shared vision.
Running themes:
-Sensitizing the community on the need for quality leadership which will propel the County to the next level. Providing checks and balances to the political class and the county administration to ensure equatable distribution of public resources, quality delivery of services and exercising our civic duty to occasionally lead the public in supervising county development projects.
-Sensitizing the community to know their rights as enshrined in the new constitution.
-Mobilization and empowerment of the community towards goals which would contribute towards improving their standards of living and efficient use of county resources.
-Exchange of ideas and a research center on the communities culture and values as well as working towards ways of reviving the same.
-Views expressed in this forum are personal and members will be held liable for their own posts.
