We are a friendly UK based group, formed to help spread good rabbit care and welfare advice, by people who are passionate about rabbit welfare.
We have a strict no breeder policy, we are 100% pro-rescue, and 100% anti breeder, and 100% anti-petshops who sell animals.
We aim to be a place where rabbit owners new and experienced, can come to for advice and, to share knowledge. We are not vets and cannot provide veterinary advice, but collectively we can offer advice based on the guidance of the major welfare organisations, the Animal Welfare Act (2006), and our own experience and knowledge.
We firmly believe that whilst the numbers of rabbits in rescue are so high (Approx 67,000 go into rescue / year according to RWAF) there is no reason to buy rabbits from breeders or pet shops, and encourage everyone to adopt from responsible rescues instead (who neuter and vaccinate).
