Previously this group was named the "Get Michael Hutchence to number 1 for his 50th birthday" group - set up to mark what would've been Michael Hutchence's 50th birthday in 2010.
This campaign to blitz (just 3 weeks) the charts to get the INXS track 'DON'T CHANGE' to number 1 for Michael's birthday, met with substantial support in Australia.
Since his death, his achievements and the memory of what he, contributed to music WORLDWIDE with INXS (and music video) have been allowed to dwindle to being nothing more than a footnote. Each year the anniversary of his death in November (22nd) sadly goes by barely acknowledged.
2014 seemed to have changed that in Australia :-) So the goal now is to keep that legacy enduring worldwide.
