Ever wanted to go to a yard sale or have one but just didn't have the time? If you live in the Panhandle of Florida (Pensacola, Mary Esther, Ft Walton, Milton, etc) and want
to post your stuff on this page, this is your chance to make little $ on the side. Below is the guideline for posting in this group:
1. No retail pricing. Recommended low pricing creates more traffic to your post.
2. No advertising your business or any business of any kind (Real Estate, your business website, Amazon deals, etc). Your post will be deleted immediately. If your business includes making craft items, breeding animals, real estate, etc. those will also be deleted immediately. Exception: Garage/Yard sales are allowed to be posted.
3. If you are interested in an item someone is selling, privately message them for the details. If you don't know the person, I'd advise to meet them at a busy place with another family member or friend such as a gas station.
4. If you 'sold' an item after posting it, please immediately put SOLD so you don't get a flood of people inquiring. After the customer has purchased it, DELETE the picture/post. This will make the page less congested.
5. 'Items Wanted' can also be posted to this group. Yard Sale advertising as well.
