We are located near Hwy 6 and Colonial Lakes. Were are within walking distance of the Fort Bend YMCA and minutes away from the best Police and Fire department in Fort Bend.
Oyster Creek Plantation was developed in two sections. Oyster Creek Plantation section 1 was developed in 1996/1997 then Oyster Creek Plantation section 2 shortly after. There were 2 home builders Hammonds Homes and Plantation Homes. In 1997 prices ranged as follows
Hammonds Homes $115,490 to $149,990
Plantation Homes $118,990 to $162,990
Today we enjoy the company of great neighbors, great schools, the Oyster Creek trail, and other great ammenties. We call it OCP and it is Home Sweet Home for many great families.
