I have just been reminded by Midlothian Council that any property advert must adhere to legislation. Some of the agents in the group should know better but maybe worth while sticking a reminder on the page to all Landlords/Agents? Adverts whether in a window, on a website or social site must contain the EPC rating, Landlord registration number and what fee's are being charged (which should be zero as fee's should only be paid by the landlords to agent)
