There are a few rules, so please read them before joining the Shop.
***NEW*** Seller you are to allow 4 hours for a response after a potential buyer has said "want". If the buyer states "NO HOLDS" it means no holds. This is just like a garage sale from the drive way.
1. Upload a picture of your item. Please give a good item description. Be sure to give as many details as possible including, price, color, size, brand, defects, contact info, etc. Be fair, honest, and SPECIFIC.
2. There will be a strict LIMIT OF 10 Posts per day! If your posts become a problem, they will be deleted without notice.
3. It is also helpful and cuts down on page clutter if you ask people to CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY via your phone number, email address, or Facebook account. PM'S SHOULD BE USED ONLY FOR PRIVATE INFO, OTHERWISE PLEASE SET UP MEETING TIMES ON THAT POST, THEN LATER REMOVE THE SOLD ITEM. Also remember when meeting others for pickup, choose a very public, well lit location.
4. Once you have the item sold or found what you were looking for, please remove the pictures to free up space for more users.
5. "Bumping" items (posting a new reply to your item to "bump" it to the top of the page) can become problematic quickly. Please BUMP only TWO items per day.
6. This is a garage sale type page. This page will not be a place to auction off items, or take multiple bids. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM POSTING UNWANTED ANIMALS OR ANY LIVE ANIMALS! They will be immediately deleted without notice.
7. On the Swap shop, there will be a ONE STRIKE rule. This means that if you create drama, publicly treat another member badly, do not follow through on commitments to buy or sell items, cheat other members on sales/purchases, make posts or ads that are restricted, or disrespect anyone in any way, you will be IMMEDIATELY BANNED. The Administrator will NOT attempt to initiate contact with the banned member. The Admin will take every precaution to ensure that this page continues to run the way it was intended.
8. If you have your items posted on other groups as well...make sure you are courteous enough to make that known and dont just delete the item and not respond. Thank you!
The Admin has the right to delete any post or update the page description at any time.
9. NEW RULE- If someone is commenting and asking questions on your items then that means they are next in line on buying it...it means they are priority and do not skip over them just because another comment after says "want"....it is not fair and if you are not willing to answer questions then you should not be posting on this group.
