HOW TO NAVIGATE:
There are photo albums categorized in alphabetical order, and when a company offers a lot of items, I have albums just for them. The albums are split to show gluten free items on their own, for ease of reference. So where you see an album CEREAL, you will also see another CEREAL: GF.
In Files you will find monthly sales updates, In Stock items, links to health writeups (and you are welcome to add your own), recipes, food recalls (not just related to what sells here).
Every month there are new sales, and some sales will sometimes be made available by the manufacturers for 2 or more months. Ordering is every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Having said that, if there is a product that you purchase and you don't see here, please let us know the brand, flavour, size and price, so that we can prioritize that product, do our research and upload it for you.
Deliveries of non-perishables are available throughout Canada and the United States via Purolater.
Local Durham Region deliveries of all items, including perishables, are available for free when there are several going to the same area, otherwise for single deliveries the fees are:
Whitby, Brooklin, Oshawa - over $75.
Ajax, Pickering, Courtice, Bowmanville - over $150.00
North York - We deliver free of charge, all items including refrigerated, once a month, in the area of Yonge St to Weston Rd, Lawrence Ave to Sheppard Ave. Orders can also be picked up from Wilson between Weston Rd & Jane St - by appointment..
