If you are outside Warren county you must make arrangements to meet with seller within reasonable distance. If you cannot then do not post! No pickups outside Warren county.

RULES:
1. Please, offer your CLEAN items REASONABLY. This is a rummage sale, not a STORE. In each post you should include size if applicable, price, and ALL relevant information. You can say OBO that does count as a price. It does cause a lot of unwanted conversation, so if you can give a starting price that would be appreciated.
2. When you post ISO or looking for items then please delete when the item has been found!
3. When your post has sold- tag my name in it so I can delete it if you are not able to. But if you can then delete it when the item is no longer available.
4. No home businesses. You will me removed permanently.
5. NO animal sales, YOU WILL BE BANNED- contact an admin first for permission.
6. First to comment, gets first chance, and down the line. If a buyer makes an offer that you don't agree with then say no thank you and move on! No need to be rude! You must honor "interested" as first. You must give that first person time to respond. Must be a reasonable amount of time for buyer to communicate. If buyer doesn't reply..message them. YOU CANNOT PM SOMEONE TO GET FIRST! YOU MUST COMMENT IN POST> IF YOU ACCEPT A PM BEFORE A COMMENT YOU WILL BE REMOVED.
7. If a buyer or seller doesn't show or follow the rules then contact admins for next step on what to do.
8. If you want an item then comment your interest, then use the private messaging only to finish your conversation. NO FIGHTING!
9. If an item is not as you thought then DON'T BUY IT! If you buy the item and you get it home and it is faulty then contact the person respectfully, if you can't get anywhere with them then contact an admin and we will attempt to help you- WE WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK BUT WE WILL TRY TO HELP YOU.
11. You may place FCFS first come first served(sold) on a post.
