Tekken Physical Fitness (TPF) is an exclusive group focused on helping you reach your physical fitness goals. Each member gets their own File in the Files section and writes their story, their personal workout plan, vision, goals, pics, and progress. They will use the unique Facebook layout to Comment on their own File thread on their progress, challenges, progress pics, and any other notes.

Why the combination of Tekken and Fitness? Since starting our sister group Tekken Online Matchmaking (TOM), I've found I improved in Tekken very quickly, because of the motivation and accountability I received just from being in the group itself. Why not use that energy and try it out in the gym? Plus, I love the Tekken community. And we might as well lose a few pounds while leveling up our game.

Now, I am no fitness expert and do not claim to be. I'm here to learn, just as I was a Brawler rank when I started TOM and leveled up in my own way, so we will here. As FGC players, we are competitive by nature and we can hold each other accountable to our goals. In the game... and in the gym.

Get started by creating your own TPF ProFile in the Files section (Get it?- ProFILE?). You can use mine as a template if you'd like. This is your own workout plan that you will come up with, with your own commitments. Now this is important: The Comments section of your TPF Profile is like your very own journal that you will update. You can write mundane stuff or struggles or progress pics, whatever. You can be like "Today I ate like crap." or post a Before pic. It is like having your very own Fitness blog with us as the audience cheering you on. Then you can look back at it a few months from now and see how you've progressed. We may offer suggestions, but we're not here to do that. We may throw weight loss contests or group challenges if you choose to participate, but everyone goes at their own pace. So tell us your story, your goals, and your vision. We will watch it come to past.
