•No derogatory comments against a member of any nature.

•Do not bump your post more than once a day.
•Make sure you include price, size, and location of the item. Proper descriptions make transactions smoother.
•Make sure you delete your posts after selling.

Order of interest - Liberty Swap Shop prefers sellers go in order of interest.
•This is not a bidding site.
•Do not engage buyers who try getting the item first by offering more money when there are others already in line.
•Don't skip potential buyers because they haven't responded quickly, without valid reason.
•It is polite to allow an interested party 12 hours to respond.
•As a buyer, it is YOUR responsibility to properly express interest in the item. PM the seller, exchange phone numbers, and do what is in your power to be the buyer.
•If you feel that you were treated unfairly during a transaction, PM an admin.
•Do NOT post on the group about your frustrations over a transaction.
Searching. There are several methods! Try these methods before reposting or PM'ing an admin asking why your posts are being deleted.
From a computer: (note: does not currently work on a mobile phone) • In the top right hand corner of the group, search your name or item description.
From computer or mobile: • On your personal Facebook page, click “Activity Log” and scroll to the date and time you posted the picture. • Scroll through the photos on the page. • If all of the above fail, PM an admin and we can check for you. • Repost if not found.
Grievances. If in the event that you have a problem or concern over another member's posting, meeting or item follow these steps:
• PM the seller/buyer directly and attempt to resolve the situation in an amicable fashion.
• If no response made or mediation is needed, private message an admin.
• Admins aren't the law. We can mediate for your case but we can't force someone to fix their error.
• Buy items at your own risk. There are no guarantees and items are sold as-is. It's the buyer's job to ensure an item works properly and is what they want before paying.
• Sellers who do not allow buyers to try the item or thoroughly check it before purchase run the risk of being banned permanently.
Weapons. Do not sell weapons or other harmful items on the Liberty Swap Shop. These items will be deleted at the discretion of the Admins if posted.
