Aweil University Students Union is a body that brings together all the students from Northern Bahr El Ghazal State (Aweil) studying at all higher institutions of learning in Uganda and works for the common good of the students themselves, of the state and of the entire Southern Sudan.
It was founded by a group of students at Aponye Hotel (Kampala, Uganda) on 16 October, 2010.
