- Wednesday - 2:30 - 4.00pm (Hillingdon Sport and Leisure Complex)
Competitive training with Chalfont Otters
- Tuesday - 7:15 - 9:15 pm (Chalfont Leisure Centre)
Competitive/Fitness training with Hillingdon SC masters
- Monday 8 - 9pm Hillingdon Sport and Leisure Complex)
-Thursday 8 - 9pm Hillingdon Sport and Leisure Complex)
Land Training:
- Thursday 3 - 5pm in exercise studio at Brunel
COST:
£35 General membership plus £3 per Wednesday & £2.5 per masters session
£20 Competitive membership.
