A local and international grassroots organization that seeks to strengthen Israel, and the Jewish nation globally, by advocating for the security of its people, culture, nationhood and complete land. A boutique group with a specific character and mission:
a. Primary Goal: Create an international coalition of like-minded people to produce a synergy that will strengthen the security of Israel through specific actions.
b. Advocacy Approach: Strategic but overt action. Achieved examples: shutting down hate events before they happen, articles in the paper and other media attention, disseminating informational pamphlets, legal action, building pan-Canadian academic and legal advocacy coalitions, monitoring for accountability of institutions, monitoring for equal application of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. By contrast, we do not ascribe to the view that “overt action causes the other side to become further polarized” or “anti-Semitic and hate events are already preaching to the converted so don’t take action”, “free speech trumps all” or “overt action will gain media attention which isn’t good”. We have heard the arguments. We disagree.
c. Legal Advocacy: we take a keen interest in legal advocacy as a critical means of exacting ethical action where it is left wanting.

d. Jewish Roots: we are a group stemming from a Jewish perspective rooted in tradition, including the tradition that all are equal and deserve to live in freedom.
e. Indigenous Causes: We take a keen interest in global Indigenous issues, with a specific focus on local Native ones.
f. Allies: We seek out sincere allies in other communities with whom we share common interests, to determine where our interests intersect and how we may be of assistance to one another.

h. Proselytizing: We do not consider Christian missionaries to be our allies; we deem proselytizing specifically aimed at Jews a real and pressing threat to the Jewish Nation (in Israel and abroad). We maintain that "Jews for Jesus" and "Messianic Judaism" are predatory and dishonest movements that are a direct threat to Jews and Judaism. We will speak out vociferously against it.
