2015: THE YEAR OF DECK. THE YEAR YOU GET STRONGER, FITTER, FASTER, HEALTHIER. FOR FREE.

This started as a deck-a-day challenge from Thanksgiving to New Year's Eve. For 35 days, group members got fitter in spite of an endless spread of cookies and pies. We got into great shape leading INTO our New Year's Resolutions? We don't NEED resolutions because we STAYED FIT.

But if you're one who likes resolutions, resolved to keep going. Dedicate 15-30 minutes of your day to your personal health and staying fit. People have said this has made them stronger and they feel a difference. You owe it to yourself. You have 15 minutes in your day. You do.

TO PARTICIPATE:
- Check this page - each day before the sun comes up, I will post your #deckaday recommendation in here.
- You need NO equipment, just a small space to perform the exercises listed.
- You do need a deck of cards, or the WOD (workout of the day) app on your smart phone.
- Depending on the exercises and your speed, the decks could take between 12 to 30 minutes on average. YOU'RE WORTH IT.
- Post in the comments on each day with a snapshot of your deck to stay accountable and awesome.
- Just finding out about this? You can join at any time. #InviteEveryone

ALSO: Be smart:
- You're doing this at your own risk.
- This is unsupervised, and the decks are merely suggestions. If you don't know how to do something or a photo I post doesn't make sense, use the magic of the internet and look it up. If it still feels funny or hurts, stop.
- If you are hurt, modify or do something else.
- Get your doctor's permission before taking on any new health routine.
- Always do exercises with good form. FORM IS KING. If you can't do it with good from, scale it (modify) so you are doing good form.
- Again: If it hurts, stop. This is at your own risk.

Instructions are in the pinned post. I intend on doing this each day in 2015. #deckstreak
