Please operate with integrity and honesty. Let's keep it real and let's keep it simple. Interested means just that, interested. I want to buy it means I want it. If you have a question, ask it. Next, means you are next in line. If you are buying an item please communicate with the seller and show up to pick up the item. If you change your mind about purchasing an item let the seller know right away. Honor your word.
BUYERS: If you post you want to buy an item or are next in line, please respond in a timely manner after the seller contacts you. It is very frustrating for a seller whom wants to sell something fast when there is no communication. If the seller does not hear from you within 12 hours of the last post or private message they will move on to the next buyer and assume you are not buying it anymore. Again, if you change your mind please don't wait unitl the 11th hour, message them ASAP! If you can make plans for pick up sooner please do so. This is a yard sale and sellers want thier items gone fast!
