We’re a kettlebell exclusive studio dedicated to making fitness instruction affordable. All of our small group classes are led by brother-sister team Luke and Ashley Jensen, NESTA Certified SAQ Specialist and ACE Certified Personal Trainers, who specialize in creating custom work outs with kettlebells.
The Warrior Room is unlike any other work out program out there. Unlike traditional gyms that require contracts, you only pay for classes you attend at The Warrior Room. Here, you won’t find any traditional work out equipment like a treadmill or stationary bike. Here, every work out you participate in is custom designed for you to blast through calories while building muscle, increase endurance and tone, strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, increase your stamina and strength and work multiple body parts at one time.
