2. The price is determined by the seller. Please don't be insensitive, we ALL have feelings. This is a Yard Sale Page and it's a GREAT WAY to help each other.
3. The seller should give priority to the FIRST RESPONDER TO THE POST. including those who comment "Interested". **THE SELLER HAS 9 HOURS TO HEAR FROM THE FIRST IN LINE BEFORE MOVING ONTO THE NEXT PERSON IN LINE.
4. If the seller states "Or Best Offer (obo)", they are entitled to go with whoever offers them the highest price. Please be respectful.
5. We ask you to please include the PRICE and LOCATION on each post.
6. If you are selling your item on other yard sale pages as well, PLEASE ADD THAT IT IS CROSS-POSTED.
7. Delete your sold items after they are sold.
8. You may "BUMP" your post once a day only. (Bump means writing a comment on your post which "bumps" it up to the top of the page again. Usually people just write "bump" in their comments, others put a '.' (period).)
9. You may only post Car Seats if you post the expiration date which is imprinted on the bottom of every car seat. If it is already expired, please do not post it. Please do NOT post car seats that have been involved in a car accident.
10. If you have several items to sell, please create your own photo album to reduce the number of posts.
11. Be safe with sharing your information. Only share your address and phone number in a private message to whoever you're buying/selling.
12. Only residents of Arizona can be a member of this page.
13. If your profile is less than 1 month only, it will not be accepted. (This helps minimize the spammers)
