Ethics of GGAA
GGAA is created for the purpose of discussing issues and challenges of Grand Gedeh County and its people and a way forward. The purpose of the ethics code of GGAA is to safeguard our members as to what to write or what not to write or comment while you are on the GGAA forum. These codes will be used to determine suspensions, bans among other things. Please familiarize yourself with these codes while you are here. The codes are as follow:
1. We urge all members of GGAA to interact in a civil manner, keep your writings clean of profanities (cuss words) and don't engage in personal attacks against each other. The below section A to D details the Don’ts at GGAA:
a. When your use of profane languages is not directed at any member, we will remove your comments or posts on first offense, suspend you for 48 hours on second offense, suspend you for one week on third offense, and suspend you for two weeks on fourth offense. You will be permanently ban by the discretion of the administration with any repeat beyond fourth offense.
b. When your insults (cuss words) are directed at another member you will be suspended for one week on first offense, two weeks on second, one month on third and permanent ban by the discretion of the administration on fourth offense.
c. When you insult another member’s family you are out for two weeks on first offense, one month on second. When you continue this for the third time it is a permanent ban by the discretion of the administration.
d. Do not negatively discuss the personal lives of members of GGAA who are not officials of GGAA organization or public figures such as presidents, lawmakers or heads of political organizations. When you violate this code you will be suspended for one week on first offense, two weeks on second offense, one month on third offense and a permanent ban by the discretion of the administration on fourth offense.
