Welcome to the Harper's Preserve Resident's Facebook Page! Whether you're a new resident, or have been in the neighborhood for a while, we are glad you are here!
A few ground rules so that everything stays fun and productive:
1. You must be an adult (18+) resident and/or homeowner to be a part of this group. New members will be asked to confirm their address and home builder in order to determine their residency.
2. This in an adult group and as such, if you have an issue with a fellow neighbor, we ask that you please resolve it in an adult manner (face to face). The moderator's are not here to resolve issues between neighbors.
3. Again, this is an adult group. No name calling or offensive language. This is self-explanatory.
4. It is your personal responsibility to hide specific posts and/or block specific people if they are posting something that you do not like but remains within the group rules.
5. No commercial advertising. Many of our residents are business owners, and you are more than welcome to post about your business, we just ask that you do so on the HP Resident Classifieds page. We also have a HP Business Owner's list. If you would like to be included, please forward your information to Jana Witt. Parents may post on behalf of their child's babysitting, dog-walking, golf-cart washing, etc business if they would like but we ask that this also be placed on the HP Resident Classifieds page. Posts asking for recommendations, such as needing a plumber, landscaper are welcome on the main page and if you are a business owner you may take this opportunity to promote your business on that specific post.
6. The moderators of this site reserve the right to delete posts and comments that do not meet these guidelines, contain offensive language, or personal attacks at their discretion.
7. We do not work for the HOA. We are not even affiliated with the HOA. We are residents, here because we love this community and want to see it grow and prosper. Please direct HOA concerns to Real Manage and their representatives.
We all want to have an enjoyable experience in our community, and these are just a few common-sense guidelines we have put in place to help facilitate that goal. We are so excited that Harper's Preserve is growing so quickly, and are looking forward to meeting each and every one of you!
