4. If you have a question, such as if an item is from a smoke or smoke free home, or pet or pet free home, please ask! Do not leave it up to chance if it would really bother you. Use common sense (yes, I know it's not all that common anymore)! *I need to add this note* When an item is offered up for sale, please do not skip the asking order. I understand we all have friends in this group, but common sense says to go to the next person on the list so as to be fair. If I get any complaints about this happening that person will be banned!
5. NO ADS! Ever. Period. The only ads allowed are for items you personally owned and want to sell or trade. No MLM marketing or other sales allowed.
6. We (Mods and the Owner/Creator) are not and will not be held responsible for bad transactions or any other damages. This group was created for the community to use as deemed fit. If you are involved in any illegal activity you will be caught and most likely prosecuted. Once again, use your head! If any member notices anything illegal or is victim to anything illegal, prosecute to the fullest.
7. Any member not following the rules can and will be removed and banned from the group at anytime for any reason.
