All that I ask is that everyone be respectful of each other, be kind, courteous and mature. This is not an auction site, so if someone is interested in an item, please wait at-least 24 hours before moving on to the next person who was interested.
When posting pictures/ albums, please put if the items are cross posted and location of the item.
No more than 3 single pictures may be posted in one day. If you need to post more than 3 pictures, they must be in an album.
Do not comment that you want something if you truly don't or don't have the finances to purchase it. If someone is continuously commenting that they want something and keeps backing out, they will be deleted without any warnings. This is the warning!
If the buyer is communicating with someone about pick up/price, the buyer needs to continue their communication with this person. What is meant by this is that if someone says they want something and the buyer says ok, then please communicate with the buyee. Do not just stop communicating and move on to someone else, unless there is an issue. If there is an issue, please let Jessica or myself know.
Transactions are to be decided between the buyer and seller. However, since this is the Madrid Area Garage Sale Site, most people will expect the buyer to come to them or meet at least half way.
The first person to comment on a post is first in line. If that person passes, then you move on to the next person. With that being said, if someone posts something for a specific person, that person has first dibs. If that person is not interested, then you move on to the next person who comments.
Please wait at-least 24 hours before bumping your item, unless you are tagging someone in it because they are interested. You may only bump 3 items a day.
Please remember to delete your post once the item has been picked up. In order to delete a picture from the site, you must click on "photos" at the top of the page, find your photo and delete it there. If you just delete it from the main page, your picture will still show up under "photos".
