This group is for community members to help with crime prevention, to keep everyone informed, report suspicious activities or vehicles, to observe, record and report suspected criminal activity and let everyone know what is going on in your area. Please report any observed and/or verifiable reported criminal, or otherwise suspicious activity in the Mc Calla and surrounding areas. You may also post useful safety and prevention tips, which are always welcome. There are several police officers, fire fighters, and other public servants now in this group. A huge thanks to all of the law enforcement and public employees!
When making a post, please include as much information as possible:
* Include a complete description of the behavior and alleged perpetrator(s) including time, location, type of vehicle (if applicable)
* Include the exact nature of the possible criminal activity
* Report or call the proper authorities
* Anyone making posts should also be available to follow up with any additional helpful information, especially if the original post was incomplete.
Rude, snarky, confrontational, accusational, or otherwise counterproductive comments that hinder the ability of the group to conduct business are not tolerated. If your comments are not helpful, are overly dramatic, confrontational, or otherwise disruptive to the group's missions statement, they will be deleted.
