This is a network of youngsters for friendship in the Mekong River Basin, inspired by the UNESCO's Project called "Sowing Seeds of Peace in the Mekong River Basin" (January 2005).
Please help invite the right persons to the group; those who are your friends who live along the Mekong River, who care about peace, who have travel experience in such programs like SSEAYP (by Japanese and ASEAN governments) or the "Lancang-Mekong River Youth Friendship Voyage" (by China and GMS countries) or just travel along Mekong River by themselves.
Key persons from such organizations like "Save the Mekong Coalition", "Mekong Peace Journey" or "Mekong River Commission" are encouraged to join the network.
We hope to so something small to remind ourselves and our community that people who drink the same source of water should together do something to protect it, and share it with each other.

In Vietnam, the network is kindly managed by Eureka Kids Community & Mekong Friendship House (www.mekonghouse.org) where will host exchange programs for visitors from outside Mekong River Delta. List of volunteer for the network can be found at Membership section in the webpage.
Interested persons are encouraged to register as representative of the network in other riverbank communities along Mekong River Basin.
