In regards to selling car seats: Must follow Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA). Therefore it must be legal and lawful to sell. We do advise sellers to call "Transport Canada" prior to selling the car seat to verify that it hasn't been recalled and meets safety regulations. 1-800-333-0371
If the car seat does not meet the requirements listed under the CCPSA then it is considered illegal to sell it and therefore it is not allowed on this buy and sell site.
