Andrea Ryan, Birth Doula, Owner Oh Baby Fitness
From as far back as I can remember I have always had a passion for birth and babies. I was the child that would rather hang out at christmas dinner with the newest addition then play with my new toys or cousins my age. After welcoming 3 beautiful babies into my family I made the step to open my heart and life’s work to helping the wellbeing of the growing family. Currently completing my Labour Doula certification through HALO has opened doors of endless possibilities . Witnessing the miracle of life, the admiration a parent has for there child and the strength we posses in opening our hearts up to these little people is what I live for. July 2012 I took over Oh Baby Fitness and have strived to help mommies to be and new moms gained strength, wisdom, friendships, and courage through all the triumphs and tribulations of parenthood. I truly believe Oh Baby stands above because of this. Its about mind body and soul, cherishing the women we have become.
