The Poultney Bluegrass Society is a non-hierarchical organization of folks that like to pick & sing. The Society is re-founded every Tuesday night at Taps Tavern on Main Street in Poultney, Vermont (at about 8pm) when all card-carrying co-presidents (or co-presidents-to-be) show up and start to pick & sing. Sometimes we host special events in the Whiskey Friday tradition at a living room or fire pit of our choosing and, occasionally, we roll down the street on a trailer...pickin' & singin'.
