"Code of Conduct"
1. Accountability: any actions done should be in compliance with already established norms.
2. Responsibility: every member of this group is responsible for anything that happens in the group. members have responsibility to manage admin actions as admin has responsibility to manage member's actions.
3. Transparency: everything done should be in front of the whole group. let's try to make it as realistic as possible. (as one would do in real world and not just Facebook) It'll hone your skills as future administrator or at least as a ethical person.
4. Honesty: if anything wrong is seen, let's discuss and debate and come to conclusion based on reason. there is no need to be ultra-modest and sensitive, at the same time arrogance is not welcome as well.
5. Leadership: everyone should try to inspire and lead others by example. please exhibit what you expect from others.
6. Integrity: try to be as much ethical as possible in any group decisions. be consistent in actions and values.
7. Selflessness: everything done will be in greater good of the group without involving any selfish agendas.
8. Mutual respect: at any time of crisis, emotions should not take over logic and rationality.
9. Equality: every member is treated in the same way. no favoritism. if something is wrong it should be condemned, if something is right it should be appreciated irrespective of who it is.
10. Participation: Be regular and consistent in group activities.
11. Initiative: implement any new ideas you've that are related to GS 4 syllabus.
12. Promotion to admin: if you show admin like qualities and if another helping hand is needed, you'll be promoted. admin has to step down if he can't execute his functions and make it available to any member who has shown the necessary qualities.
13. Do's and Don'ts:
a. Materials and posts not related to group management and GS 4 syllabus are removed without warning.
b. Hate messages, offensive acts, mudslinging, advertisements, spams, anything against team spirit will lead to removal from the group.
c. You can defend your views but not make it offensive. rational discussions and debates are encouraged.
d. Violations of multiple rules or one in multiple instances will lead to removal from the group. also, banned based on the severity of offense.
e. if anyone not willing to participate, they can leave the group.
