This group is designed to help individuals buy, sell or trade items in and around Reno County, Kansas. All members must agree to follow the group guidelines. Simply put, if a post does not list an item for sale or trade by an individual, it is not allowed.
Admins will utilize the "pinned post" for a variety of uses, some of which fall outside the guidelines and is considered an exception. If you have any post or situation where you would like the admins to consider an exception, or if you have a question, comment or complaint, please contact an admin.
*** REASONS YOUR POST WILL BE DELETED ***
- It does not include an item for sale or trade which means NO "In Search Of" (ISO) posts, NO lost/found animal posts, NO community notices, NO posts asking questions or sharing complaints
- The post is advertising a business or service, including "home-based" businesses or second-tier product sales
- It is a garage sale, auction, estate sale listing
- It is for the purpose of listing help wanted or job wanted
- The file attachment is not visible due to privacy settings
- Item is listed or bumped more than once per day
- Post involves firearms, alcohol, tobacco or other item that has an age-restricted law
- Post involves stolen, inappropriate or expired items (ie drop-side cribs, out-of-date car seats, etc)
- Does not include a fixed price meaning NO auction or "make offer" listings
- Post has been up longer than seven (7) days
*** REASONS A MEMBER WILL BE BANNED ***
- Any use inappropriate language or rude remarks to other members
- Hijacking another member's post or commenting on a post without any intent to buy
- Repeatedly not following the group guidelines
- Having any of the group admins blocked
*** THINGS THE ADMINS CANNOT MONITOR ***
- Member transactions (poor quality, bad communication, "no shows", unfair prices)
- What happens after a transaction because the nature of this site is "buyer beware"
- The number of items a member posts
