The RIZAL HIGH SCHOOL SCHOOL ALUMNI BATCH 69, INC (RHS SIXTY NINERS) was organized and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 27, 2014 as a non-stock corporation. The Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws was adapted by 27 RHS Sixty-Niners including 9 past presidents, who initiated the registration.

The objectives of the Association are:
1. Promote a closer union and confraternity among its members so that they may be able to mutually assist in the enhancement of the members’ spiritual, physical and self esteem.
2. Promote a common spirit of comradeship, enthusiasm, and devotion to a cause (esprit de corps) among the members of the association.
3. Cultivate and foster close fellowship among the different alumni classes through interactions and socio-civic activities.
4. Encourage and cultivate cooperation between its members and the Rizal High School Alumni Association where the association is affiliated.
5. Provide financial, professional, and other assistance to our alma mater, The Rizal High School.
6. Group the members into an alert and progressive body of civic-spirited men and women who shall strive to serve God and Country, always.
7. Establish scholarships for deserving students to avail of an education at the Rizal High School.
8. Establish a 3 way communication network for the efficient dissemination of information among alumni classes and The Rizal High School.
9. Acquire, accept donations, purchase, own, hold, develop, lease mortgage, pledge, exchange, sell transfer or otherwise invest, deal in trade, in any manner permitted by law and the rules and regulations of government regulatory or licensing agencies, real and personal property of every kind and description, or any interest therein, as may be necessary for the accomplishment of the purpose of the association;
10. Perform and do any other acts and things, and to have and exercise any other powers, which may be necessary, convenient and appropriate to accomplish the purpose for which the association is organized.

As we draw near our Golden Jubilee year, we foresee an assemblage of a proactive and dynamic RHS Sixty-Niners supporting one another.
