*This site is a virtual "yard sale" that was created for the Spangdahlem community to be able to sell/buy items from one
another. Please be courteous & respectful! No foul language.
*Posts on the wall must be in English.
*YOU the buyers are responsible for all sales done through this page. Admin is not responsible for any wrong doing or defect or counterfeit item you may buy.
* You must comment under the photo before sending a pm in order to secure your place in line. Then finalize the sale in PM.
*Three legitimate complaints of being a no show without any reason and you will be removed from the group.
*You MUST post items in the appropriate category albums.
- Please be sure to click "Get Notifications" on your pictures to ensure you are notified when someone shows interest.
*Comment on the album that items have been added.
*Private albums and individual pictures will be deleted.
*Every 30 days admins will go through albums & delete items that are 30 days old.
-Do NOT type description/price as a comment. Any album that does not have price & description on the photos will be deleted.
Sellers:
-Please include the condition of clothing items in your items description.
-If your item is pending pick up, please say so in your item description. Do not write it as a comment.
-Once the transaction has been completed, the picture must be deleted from your album. Do not write "SOLD"/will delete when I get to a computer under your items, just delete it ASAP.
-Sellers can bump 3 items every 2 days.
*A bump can consist of anything written under the album.
*Bumping before 2 days will result in your picture being deleted.
Buyers:
*When purchasing an item, please look it over thoroughly to make sure it is the the condition that the seller specified in their item description before you purchase the item.
*If you purchase a faulty item, there is nothing that we can do. You will have to take it up with the seller directly.
*DO NOT comment on albums! Comment on the picture!! If you comment on an album your comment will be deleted.
*Arrangements for pick up should be done through private message ONLY. No one wants or need to know your meeting time and place. Please use caution when meeting at someone’s home.

*You can be banned for the following (but not limited to):
-Any trash talking or threatening behavior
-Being rude or bullying
-Blocking an admin
-Not showing to an agreed up meeting time
*Please keep all comments related to the item posted off the page.
