The Steppers Events Planning Group (EPG) is a public group desig...ned specifically so event planners and promoters can post their future events (MORE THAN TWO MONTHS AWAY) (60 DAYS OR MORE) so people & other promoters can make plans to (in the case of customers) to attend your event.
In the case of event planners and promoters it hoped the information in the group will be beneficial in overcoming "event overlap" by giving you a tool to see if another event is planned on the same weekend you are considering for your event.
Please include ALL information about your event. Just saying "Save The Date" with no other information says nothing to your potential customers. Please give your customers the consideration of giving them all of the information such as locations, times, costs, accommodations, DJ's, artists (see article on SteppersUSA.Com dated 12/16/2014 titled: "Hey Promoters!")
If you need to update the information you posted to the group please make sure to start the posting with ALL CAPS which say EVENT UPDATE to eliminate confusion on the part of the customer. (These updates will be allowed down to the two months away point -- after that you can post the information in all the other groups you normally post to.
