More than 40 years have lapsed since the days when we lived, slept (literally for those who stayed at the hostel), studied, played, at times unceremoniously quarreled/fought and did all those other incredible stuff together. We were all at the prime of our innocence and age. Our life journey had barely taken off. We were brimming with confidence for we thought the world was at out feet. Those were the years in the 1970s.
Fast-forward to 2013, we are almost approaching our 60s. Three quarter of our lives is perhaps now behind us. Many are perhaps grandfathers to many young and burgeoning new lives bursting on the scene. We have reached a new milestone when making more money is no longer the primary urge.
It is time to take stock. To be grateful for what we are being blessed. To be sobered up to assess what was not to be gotten. More importantly, it is time to look back at the nostalgic years in search of all those familiar yet blurring faces when we had had some good and memorable time together.
It is with this objective that this page comes into its own. It is purported to providing a useful platform for those who may still be interested to reconnect with old folks who have the privilege to be part of our growing up process.
